- Conduct RCSA for payments, cards, compliance, finance, and treasury.
- Design, document, and assess end-to-end business process controls.
- Identify inherent risks, control gaps, and residual risks across processes.
- Support the Enterprise Risk Register and risk taxonomy maintenance.
- Perform thematic risk reviews on emerging and priority risks.
- Prepare risk dashboards and reports for senior management and board-level forums.
🎯 Requirements
- 6-8 years in Enterprise Risk or related in financial services or fintech.
- Hands-on experience in process controls: design, testing, remediation.
- Proven experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessments RCSA.
- Strong understanding of process risks in payments, onboarding/KYC, monitoring, and treasury.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree; CA/CRISC/CIA valued; fintech/payments regulatory exposure incl. DORA.
