Lead and manage a team of Enterprise-focused implementation consultants.
Own delivery for Enterprise and Strategic deployments, on time and in scope.
Serve as senior escalation point for complex implementations.
Drive delivery health, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Partner teams.
Support Enterprise expansion opportunities during delivery.

🎯 Requirements

BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of implementation or project management experience
1+ year of people-management experience
Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale implementations
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
