  • Growth & retention metrics: Track gross/net retention and upsell goals.
  • Core behavioral traits: Strong communication; curious; high energy.
  • Cybersecurity domain knowledge (preferred).
  • Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Google Workspace experience.
