  • Proven track record owning enterprise accounts ($30K–$200K+ ARR)
  • Enterprise operator with multi-stakeholder, exec relationships
  • AI-forward: used AI tools and view on next-gen CSM
  • Technical: comfortable with APIs, integrations, automation; low-code
  • Based in Toronto or New York City (hybrid)
