- SQL (advanced), Python, REST API, ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience with DORA, SPACE or similar metrics frameworks.
- Present data insights to VP/C-level; translate metrics to actions.
- Vendor management experience; scale tool ecosystems.
- Strong SDLC and Agile understanding in engineering.
