Manager, Engineering

📋 Description

• Pay range: $150k-$215k USD (California)
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, integration, testing, and delivery.
• Own full product lifecycle from concept to manufacturing, verification, and operations.
• Align manufacturing, supply chain, quality, test, and program management on hardware delivery.
• Set priorities, staffing, roadmaps, and resource plans for milestones.
• Drive technical decisions and risk management across performance, safety, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Chemical Eng, Physics, or related.
• 6+ years of engineering experience in aerospace or safety-critical industries.
• 3+ years of technical leadership or engineering management experience.
• Track record leading teams through complex hardware or integrated systems.
• Strong systems integration, development processes, and first-principles engineering.
• Experience leading trade studies, engineering reviews, and cross-functional manufacturing efforts.
