🎯 Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related; 10+ years QA with 3+ years in management
- Proven QA Engineering Manager/Lead with offshore/global teams
- Strong hands-on experience with BDD frameworks, including Gherkin and Cucumber
- Experience managing AWS infrastructure
- Working knowledge of VMware vCenter and virtualized infrastructure testing
- Demonstrable leadership experience including coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST API tools)
- Experience integrating QA automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience scaling or rebuilding QA teams
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
