Manager, End User Computing

📋 Description

• Collaborative Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team of engineers to deliver high-performing identity and endpoint services.
• M365 Mastery: Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and related tools.
• Security Partnership: Work with SecOps to implement Zero Trust, Conditional Access, and Defender integration.
• Automation & Lifecycle: Design and deploy end-to-end employee lifecycle automations integrated with HRIS systems (Workday, etc) for onboarding/offboarding.
• Unified Endpoint Management: Oversee Intune and MECM operations and manage Apple Mac environments via Jamf.
• VDI Management: Lead Azure Virtual Desktop/Windows 365 strategy and delivery for a global workforce.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years managing M365, Intune, and identity platforms in an enterprise.
• Proven track record leading teams, managing budgets, and implementing enterprise workplace solutions.
• Microsoft 365 expert: Entra ID (hybrid identity, SSO & MFA), Intune, Defender, and Autopilot.
• Experience with MECM and co-management; Mac management via Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• PowerShell scripting and API-based integrations (Graph API) for HRIS/ITSM workflows.
