🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years managing ADR/BDR/SDRs in tech/SaaS.
  • Proven success building and scaling high-performance ADR teams.
  • Strong coaching, enablement, and AE readiness background.
  • Experience at a playbook-driven company is highly valuable.
  • Prior AE experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German/Arabic/Spanish beneficial but not required.
