📋 Description

• Determine the IOX strategy and vision with the VP and senior leaders.
• Lead design and development of all new IOX products and IOX platform.
• Manage, measure, and implement Agile development across all teams.
• Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports through performance management and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and keep work on schedule.
• Oversee staffing needs and resource planning for net new hires.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of embedded software design and development experience.
• 2+ years managing and developing teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with agile project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics or related field.
