  • Serve as primary analytics partner to the Harryโ€™s/Flamingo Amazon 1P team
  • Own weekly/monthly performance reporting (Vendor Central) and translate into clear narratives
  • Diagnose performance shifts using driver-based analysis
  • Lead product/category deep-dives and competitive analyses to inform prioritization and growth
  • Build cross-functional links with Brand and Media to translate insights into actions
  • Support test-and-learn measurement by defining metrics and documenting learnings

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce analytics, CPG analytics, or related data-focused roles
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and narratives for varied audiences
  • General familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and ecommerce metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter who can manage projects independently
