📋 Description

  • Serve as primary day-to-day analytics partner for Harry’s/Flamingo Amazon 1P team
  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting (Vendor Central) and translate to clear narratives
  • Diagnose performance shifts using driver-based analysis
  • Lead product/category deep dives and competitive analyses to inform growth
  • Support test-and-learn measurement by defining success metrics and documenting learnings
  • Assist in forecasting and business planning by analyzing historical data and seasonality

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce analytics or a related data-focused role
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for diverse audiences
  • General familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and eCommerce performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with ability to manage projects independently once onboarded
