🎯 Requirements

5+ years leading engineering teams in developer productivity or DevOps.
Background in software engineering, CI/CD, automation, observability.
Experience using data to drive decisions; DORA metrics or SPACE.
Passion for improving engineers' day-to-day work.
Ability to influence across teams and drive change in complex environments.
Strong verbal and written communication to articulate strategy and progress.
