Manager, Detection & Response Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing Detection & Response engineering team.
• Create and evolve detection strategies to improve SOC coverage.
• Drive automation, traditional ML, and GenAI in detection pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Data Science on SOC capabilities.
• Ensure continuous improvement of detection and quality controls through measurement and monitoring.
• Foster experimentation, quality, and continuous improvement in D&R.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Strong team and project management skills.
• MDR experience strongly preferred.
• Senior-level detection engineering across identity, cloud, or endpoints.
• Deep knowledge of detection technologies, attack vectors, and attacker techniques.
• Familiarity with automation, traditional ML, GenAI and cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP).
