📋 Description

• Lead and inspire distributed engineering teams with safety and trust.
• Improve developer experience with lifecycle investments.

• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to prioritize roadmaps for reliability.
• Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the Delivery Engineering portfolio at scale.
• Advocate engineering best practices across stakeholders.
• Champion async-first collaboration across Poland and other regions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Engineering Management or formal people management (M-level).
• Improve software lifecycle with impactful contributions.
• Deep expertise in software quality, QA, or SDET practices.
• Experience keeping CI/CD pipelines healthy using GitHub Actions.
• Extensive development depth with focus on quality and testability.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Python, Django.
• Experience with modern testing for large B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication.
• Vitest, Pytest, and Playwright experience.
• Growth mindset with ownership and collaborative learning.
