- Own and manage APAC Deal Desk; partner with Sales to structure deals and booking.
- Translate and operationalize APAC policies; adapt pricing and deal frameworks regionally.
- Partner with Sales to accelerate deals and improve process efficiency.
- Review deals for policy alignment, compliance, and accurate booking.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Billing, Revenue, and GTM Ops to streamline quote-to-cash.
- Lead operational improvements and mature Deal Desk systems as we scale.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in deal desk; at least 2+ years in people leadership.
- Proven ability to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, GTM Ops across regions (EMEA/NAMER).
- Experience with subscription- and consumption-based revenue models.
- Strong operational and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Builder mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and scalable improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using data to drive decisions.
