๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own and manage APAC Deal Desk; partner with Sales to structure deals and booking.
  • Translate and operationalize APAC policies; adapt pricing and deal frameworks regionally.
  • Partner with Sales to accelerate deals and improve process efficiency.
  • Review deals for policy alignment, compliance, and accurate booking.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Billing, Revenue, and GTM Ops to streamline quote-to-cash.
  • Lead operational improvements and mature Deal Desk systems as we scale.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years in deal desk; at least 2+ years in people leadership.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, GTM Ops across regions (EMEA/NAMER).
  • Experience with subscription- and consumption-based revenue models.
  • Strong operational and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Builder mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and scalable improvements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using data to drive decisions.
