  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to streamline quote-to-cash.
  • Drive operational improvements and mature Deal Desk processes as Vanta grows.
  • Provide analytical insights on deal trends and process efficiency.

  • 7+ years deal desk experience; 3+ years as a people leader.
  • Proven relationship builder with Sales, Legal, Finance, GTM Ops across EMEA and NAMER.
  • Experience with subscription and consumption-based revenue models.
  • Strong operations and multitasking in a fast-growth environment.
  • Builder mindset; comfortable with ambiguity; scalable solutions.
  • Analytical mindset; data-driven decisions and process improvement.
