Manager, Datacenter Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a global Datacenter Engineering team to meet SLAs.
• Manage day-to-day datacenter ops including installs and workload priorities.
• Ensure tooling, documentation, and SOPs for DCI and cross-functional use.
• Escalation point for complex infra issues; drive root-cause resolution.
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
• Coordinate capacity planning, procurement, and deployment strategies cross-functionally.
• Oversee network connectivity, including BGP routing and CDN circuits, for resiliency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in datacenter ops with an ISP/hosting provider.
• 3+ years leading a remote-friendly engineering/operations team.
• Expert-level power and cabling standards (NEMA/IEC/ANSI/TIA).
• Strong BGP configuration and routing policy design; live WAN/CDN circuits.
• Hardware experience: HPE, Dell, Arista, Cisco.
• Experience with infrastructure validation and network connectivity.
• Jira experience; English documentation proficiency.
• Able to travel up to 15% of the time.
