Architect/maintain replication models (multi-region, real-time) and HA.
Ensure data consistency across distributed SaaS and hybrid cloud.
Design/implement end-to-end DR strategies with RPO/RTO.
Lead DR exercises, automated failover testing, no-outage resiliency.
Enforce automated data retention, archiving, purging policies incl healthcare rules.
Implement security measures: TDE, RBAC, auditing.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor or Master in CS/IS or related field.
8+ years in DB administration; 4+ years in lead capacity.
3+ years leading a team of DB operators or SREs.
Cloud data platforms (AWS RDS/Aurora, Azure SQL) + relational DBs.
Experience with NoSQL Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra in distributed env.
Automation scripting: Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible.
Large-scale data migration and zero-downtime upgrades.
