Manager – Data Transformation and Analytics (Banking and Capital Markets)

📋 Description

• Lead data transformation and analytics projects in banking and capital markets.
• Automate workflows, reports, journals, reconciliations, and testing.
• Develop AI-enabled data solutions with governance and compliance.
• Mentor teams, manage project delivery, and build client relationships.
• Drive data governance to ensure trusted, compliant analytics.
• Collaborate with Risk, Treasury, and IT on client solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering transformation programs in banking/capital markets with exec exposure.
• Strategic planning with C-suite executives to build roadmaps.
• Deep knowledge of financial services: banking, capital markets, fund admin, asset mgmt.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Snowflake.
• Familiarity with governance platforms (Collibra, OvalEdge, Atlan).
• Experience mentoring juniors and building strong client relationships.
