📋 Description

• Lead a data science team doing R&D on ML, generative AI, and LLMs.
• Translate tradeoffs for product and business stakeholders.
• Coach team, set expectations, unblock blockers, enable best work.
• Collaborate with PM, UX, D&R, Security, Eng on product strategy.
• Foster responsible AI, innovation, and technical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years data science exp, 4+ in leadership.
• BS in Math/CS preferred; or equivalent exp.
• Build trust with PM, CS, Eng peers.
• Excellent PM, problem solving, cross-geo collaboration.
• Deep ML in AWS/GCP; Python prod code.
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs; RAG; MLOps.
