📋 Description

• Lead a team of data scientists on growth, discovery, incentives, ads, and ranking.
• Build KPI dashboards, diagnostics, and recurring business review rhythms.
• Improve experimentation with design, guardrails, and observability.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Trust & Safety.
• Drive analytical strategy for major product investments and profitability.
• Support discovery, personalization, matching, and monetization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data science, analytics, or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years managing or tech-leading data science teams.
• Strong hands-on analytics, experimentation, causal reasoning, statistics.
• Experience supporting consumer product, growth, marketplace teams.
• Track record building measurement systems and analytical assets.
• Strong product and business judgment with data-driven decisions.
