Manager, Data Enablement (Auth0)

📋 Description

• Lead the Data Enablement team and own the data stack's last mile.
• Create curated data marts, semantic definitions, and visualization strategies.
• Manage analytics assets as a product portfolio focused on adoption and trust.
• Advise Product and Engineering on data strategy to solve business problems.
• Oversee BI architecture and governance for scalability and trust.
• Drive AI/LLM tooling to improve data UX and time-to-insight.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics, or BI with shipping data products.
• 2+ years of people management leading technical teams.
• Proficiency with SQL and modern data stack tech (dbt, Snowflake, Airflow).
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau) and semantic modeling.
• BS in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
