- Lead and own the local Data Center Facilities team.
- Ensure uptime, risk posture, readiness, reliability, and improvements.
- Oversee operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure; target 100% uptime.
- Oversee vendor/OEM oversight, change mgmt, incident response, capacity, and budget.
- Lead on-call 24x7 for incidents; act as local incident commander.
- Drive safety, audit readiness, and customer-focused communication.
🎯 Requirements
- 10-15 years of facilities experience in mission-critical environments.
- Minimum 7 years in supervisory/management with team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of data center systems: gens, UPS, switchgear, PDUs, chillers, BMS.
- Proven experience managing vendors, maintenance programs, budgets, and emergency response.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making under pressure.
- Confidence communicating complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
