🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Platform roles
- 3+ years in a lead or managerial role
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise data architectures
- Strong background in data warehouse modeling and BI/Analytics
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (BFSI) is highly preferred
