5+ years as Lead Data Analyst/related role.
Experience aligning analytics with exec/product goals; growth/engagement analytics.
Own data products; experience with big data tech (Redshift, S3, Databricks, Spark).
SQL, Python, R; Looker, Tableau; Amplitude, Google Analytics, Excel.
