📋 Description

• Analyze large volumes of data to tell a story using analytics tools.
• Define, measure, and monitor KPIs with experimentation.
• Build dashboards enabling non-analysts to explore data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for accuracy and alignment.
• Forecast operational scenarios with analytical models and assess impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Data Analytics with end-to-end ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and guide a team.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and MS Excel; MongoDB queries a plus.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Metabase or Tableau.
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills; identify trends and insights.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards and visuals.
