  • Lead a blended CSAs and TLs team to drive adoption and retention.
  • Ensure customer outcomes and ops excellence across your segment.
  • Act as product SME; contribute to bug reviews and roadmap discussions.
  • Manage a small portfolio of accounts to stay tied to workflows.
  • Oversee incident response, escalation paths, and comms with customers.
  • Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Eng to deliver cohesive CX.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in CS, AM, or SaaS leadership
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Proven retention, adoption, and revenue growth
  • Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting
  • Executive-level comms; travel up to 25%
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows, healthcare, or LEAN
