- Proven track record of success at early-stage startups (50β200 employees), thriving in fast-moving environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex customer renewals and technical challenges
- Strong track record of driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion in high-growth environments
- Ability to leverage AI to boost productivity and reporting
