📋 Description

  • Lead a team of Technical Success Managers serving Public Sector customers.
  • Own onboarding to platform maturity; drive adoption and value realization.
  • Build executive relationships to drive governance and customer advocacy.
  • Manage team capacity, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Define and execute strategy to mature and grow Public Sector accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to scale offerings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or PM.
  • 3-5 years of people leadership and direct client management in Public Sector.
  • Proven track record building scalable operations and delivering results.
  • Strong leadership with coaching and senior client relationship management.
  • Prioritization, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder communication.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in science, technology, or business.
