🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
  • 2+ years leading teams of CS/AM/sales/care/onboarding
  • Expert knowledge of Payroll Processes and Fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Payroll, Tax and HR industry standards
  • Experience leading programs or large process improvements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for developing people in a high growth environment
