  • Lead boarding and settlement ops across Payfac Treasury and Sub-Merchant ops.
  • Partner with US leaders to ensure onboarding, accuracy, and financial processing.
  • Own the case queue for billers and merchant inquiries; ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee onboarding (KYC/KYB) and vendor onboarding; maintain SLAs.
  • Manage daily/monthly reconciliations across payment platforms.
  • Leverage automation and AI to improve onboarding workflows and reconciliation.

  • Customer-driven, results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Sense of urgency and timely resolution.
  • Knowledge of bank reconciliation and payment processing.
  • Knowledge of ACH processing and merchant card processing.
  • Self-starter who works well in a team.
  • Strong time management, organization, and planning.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
