🎯 Requirements

  • 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • 3+ years of customer interaction in digital channels
  • 3+ years of phone-based customer experience
  • 1+ year developing Salesforce reports/dashboards
  • Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred
  • Gainsight CTAs and dashboards experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or managing a customer-facing team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
