  • 7-10 years in B2B SaaS CS, account management, or sales
  • Proven renewals/expansion/retention pipeline management
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decisions
  • Experience with CRM tools and forecasting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and internal teams
  • Experience working with agencies or agency relationships preferred
  • Proactively incorporate AI tools into day-to-day work
