  • Oversee Harmony customer pickup operations and CPU movements.
  • Maintain organized staging areas for a smooth customer experience.
  • Monitor order accuracy, pickup readiness, and on-time performance.
  • Coordinate CPU transfers from Woodward to Harmony and timelines.
  • Lead Large Piece Orders at Airport Logistics for pickup or delivery.
  • Partner with Showroom Leadership, Sales Ops, Warehouse, and Customer Service.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years warehouse/distribution, 4+ in supervisory roles.
  • Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience coaching, training, and leading teams by example.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and up to 225 lbs; forklift exp preferred.
  • Ability to operate manual/electric material handling equipment (hand trucks, forklifts, order pickers).
