- Define how we engage customers and members across onboarding to renewal.
- Build lifecycle programs to drive adoption and sustained usage.

- Create communications for key lifecycle moments (launch, enrollment, seasonal usage).
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success on launches and renewals.
π― Requirements
- 4-7+ years in customer, member, and/or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in B2B2C environments marketing to both buyers and end users.
- Experience targeting diverse user personas across industries.
- Strong experience building and executing lifecycle campaigns across channels.
- Excellent writing and communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable).
