🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in CSM, Technical Account Management, or Pre-Sales in tech.
  • 5+ years in post-sales leadership overseeing individual contributors.
  • Track record building relationships with sales and related orgs.
  • Ability to manage internal strategic initiatives and build processes.
  • Strategic, analytical thinker; comfortable getting into the weeds.
