📋 Description

  • Oversee intranet, editor roles, daily upkeep, design, and content creation.
  • Plan internal comms strategies for emails, town halls, intranet, training.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop internal branding from the employee perspective.
  • Act as final editor and record keeper of Allegiant's internal employee portal.
  • Oversee employee engagement surveys and present results company-wide.
  • Lead teams for employee programs and events; ensure ROI.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in HR, internal communications and/or marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; SharePoint experience.
