Plan internal comms strategies for emails, town halls, intranet, training.
Collaborate with departments to develop internal branding from the employee perspective.
Act as final editor and record keeper of Allegiant's internal employee portal.
Oversee employee engagement surveys and present results company-wide.
Lead teams for employee programs and events; ensure ROI.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years in HR, internal communications and/or marketing.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Strong writing and editing skills; SharePoint experience.
