π― Requirements
- 3+ years owning an ESP (Iterable preferred; Braze/Klaviyo/Cordial ok)
- Activate customers and boost CLTV across email, SMS, direct mail, push, and in-app
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Creative, and Data & Analytics
- Strong campaign analysis and A/B testing with data-driven insights
- Adaptable, scrappy; willing to experiment to grow channels
- Up-to-date on lifecycle marketing trends, tech, and channels
- Experience in subscription businesses is a plus
- HTML/CSS experience is a plus
