  • Own day-to-day IT operations across regions and meet SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years IT operations and/or service desk mgmt; 3+ years leading teams.
  • ITSM platform management (Freshservice or equivalent), SLA, workflows, reporting.
  • Knowledge of JAMF and/or VMware Workspace ONE MDM solutions.
  • Experience supporting macOS and Windows OS; troubleshooting.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta; advantage.
  • AV/conference room tech and office platform solutions; advantage.
