π― Requirements
- 6+ years IT operations and/or service desk mgmt; 3+ years leading teams.
- ITSM platform management (Freshservice or equivalent), SLA, workflows, reporting.
- Knowledge of JAMF and/or VMware Workspace ONE MDM solutions.
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows OS; troubleshooting.
- Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta; advantage.
- AV/conference room tech and office platform solutions; advantage.
