Manager, Corporate Development Accounting

📋 Description

• Own PPA, fair value, impairment analyses, and investment valuation.
• Lead third-party valuation partners; gather inputs; review reports.
• Ensure valuation conclusions are audit-ready and well-supported.
• Champion AI tools (Claude for Excel) across the CAO org.
• Help streamline accounting workflows using AI.
• Role reports to Senior Director, Corporate Development Accounting.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 yrs in Big 4 valuation or Deals / in-house corporate development.
• Excel modeling: DCF, relief-from-royalty, with-and-without, option pricing.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 805, ASC 820, ASC 350, ASC 360; ASC 810/323/321 a plus.
• CPA and/or ASA; CFA or ABV valued.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
