🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years of accounting experience; SaaS/high-growth tech background.
- Public accounting plus industry experience.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of month-end close, GL, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and close automation tools (FloQast).
