Coordinate with internal stakeholders and counterparties for timely contract prep
Provide end-to-end contract lifecycle management from request to signature and repository
Draft and review services agreements, SOWs, NDAs, and amendments per standards
Develop training materials and conduct internal trainings on contracting processes
Collaborate with Finance and IT to integrate contracting and financial systems
Maintain contract templates and provide senior legal leadership support

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of contracts management in a fast-paced legal dept
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated business acumen with sound judgment
Desire to learn and improve drafting skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Willingness to travel to HQ 3-4x a year
