🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a legal environment; team leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage workflow, allocate and monitor work.
• Law degree preferred; degree-level education required.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management.
• Experience in reporting and driving process efficiencies; AI implementation.
