🎯 Requirements

- Experience managing publisher or rights-holder relationships.
- Skilled in commercial negotiations and licensing discussions.
- Strong understanding of the digital book or audiobook ecosystem.
- Comfortable managing budgets and evaluating trade-offs.
- Analytically confident; uses data to support decisions.
- Clear communication; builds trust with partners and internal teams.
- Collaborative mindset; enjoys cross-team work.
- Fluent in English; additional languages for France/Benelux are a plus.
