📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in publishing, digital media, partnerships, or commercial content.
  • Experience managing publisher or rights-holder relationships.
  • Skilled in commercial negotiations and licensing discussions.
  • Strong understanding of the digital book or audiobook ecosystem.
  • Comfortable managing budgets and evaluating trade-offs.
  • Analytically confident; uses data to support decisions.
  • Clear communication; builds trust with partners and internal teams.
  • Collaborative mindset; enjoys cross-team work.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages for France/Benelux are a plus.
