📋 Description

• Build Toast's content partnership program from the ground up.
• Curate and manage a portfolio of content partners to drive awareness.
• Design scalable onboarding processes, content kits, and collaboration models.
• Collaborate with Brand, Social, PR, Product Marketing, and Growth teams.
• Launch and measure content campaigns tied to Toast releases and themes.
• Engage high-value operator communities to seed insights for Toast.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in creator marketing, content partnerships, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record building creator programs that drive brand awareness and growth.
• Experience developing relationships with creators/partners and inspiring authentic content.
• Experience with creator management or partnership platforms.
• Strong familiarity with social platforms, content ecosystems, and emerging AI discovery platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to brief creators and partners.
