📋 Description

• Lead and mentor content strategists and editors across manufacturing verticals
• Set standards for content quality, strategy, and client engagement
• Senior escalation point for content challenges, risks, or concerns
• Guide mission-critical accounts during launches or escalations
• Partner with account leadership, marketing leadership, and operations for escalations
• Foster accountability, learning, and calm problem-solving under pressure

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years' experience in content marketing or strategy
• Proven experience managing and developing content teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and funnel content
• Working knowledge of SEO and keyword research
• Proficiency with AI content-generation platforms (GPT models, Jasper, Copy.ai)
