• 8+ years in content/editorial or thought leadership (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Proven experience owning content strategy and operations at scale
• Exceptional writing/editing; strong portfolio
• POV on AI in content creation; first-person experience
• Experience building and leading content teams; mentor contractors
• Data-driven; define metrics; run experiments; optimize performance
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales
