📋 Description

  • Lead Corporate Consumer Compliance and AI programs enterprise-wide.
  • Act as SME on consumer and AI laws impacting Toast and merchants.
  • Govern AI regulations and align product lifecycles with regulatory needs.
  • Manage the Compliance Complaint program; analyze trends and report findings.
  • Develop, implement, and train corporate policies for marketing, sales, ads, and AI rules.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and drive enterprise-wide compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 7+ years in risk, compliance, or audit (tech/fintech preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of global consumer laws and AI regs.
  • Experience managing and analyzing consumer complaints.
  • Experience designing governance for AI and emerging tech.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory language clearly.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive action and build cross-functional consensus.
