- Monitor regulatory changes and drive enterprise-wide compliance efforts.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 7+ years in risk, compliance, or audit at tech or fintech.
- Deep knowledge of global consumer laws (EU AI Act, UDAP, FCRA, etc).
- Experience managing, analyzing, and reporting consumer complaints.
- Experience designing AI governance frameworks with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication; ability to drive action and consensus.
